The practices in this course can be approached in whatever way that makes the most sense for your current lifestyle. You will be able to return to the lessons again and again, repeating favorites and adjusting the pace as desired.
For example, a focused 10 day commitment might feel the most supportive to break a cycle of stress and anxiety—repeat the series 3 times in a row for a month-long program to build new neural pathways for lasting change.
For others, a slower pace of repeating the same lesson each day for a week at a time will offer the most aid.
